An expert talk cum alumni interaction was organized by the Post Graduate Department of Commerce on 4^th August 2023 for the first year UG  and PG students at the seminar hall.The guest speaker for this occasion was C A Sreeraj Mani, alumnus of B Com 2015 batch.

The programme began with a silent prayer. Dr.Leena Varghese ,IQAC o-ordinator of Al-Ameen College welcomed the gathering. In the first session of the programme the resource person interacted with the students and clarified their doubts regarding CA,CMA,ACCA courses.

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) is an Indian law which creates a consolidated framework that governs insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings for companies, partnership firms, and individuals. In the second session the resource person explained about  the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India ,its organizational structure, functions and responsibilities of insolvency professional agencies etc.

Programme concluded with a of vote of thanks by Fathima Nisiya T.S. who expressed the gratitude to the speaker  for sparing his valuable time.
