Staff Grievance Redressal Cell

The Institution takes utmost diligence in providing a cordial work atmosphere for its staff. A staff Grievance Redressal is constituted with Manager as the Chairman, Principal as Grievance redressal co-ordinator Prof.Indu G and staff council representatives as members to resolve the complaints filed by the teaching and non-teaching staff of the institution. A staff who feels aggrieved may either confidentially informs the matter to the co ordinator or else can file a written format. The co-ordinator shall confer with the parties and make every reasonable effort to resolve the grievance quickly.
