The Department of Commerce (self) in association with the Innovation Council, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Centre, and MOE’s Innovation Cell Al Ameen College, Edathala organized a seminar on the topic “Expert Talk on Innovation Technology with Entrepreneurship” 10th February 2023 at 10.30 AM. The theme of the session was Process of Innovation Development & Technology Readiness Level (TRL). The guest speaker of the event was Mr. Sunil Mathai, Founder, and CEO of Trade talk Optionauts Pvt Ltd.
The resource person has shared his knowledge on various aspects like purposeful innovation through technology, several sources of innovation, and linkage of technology with entrepreneurship. He also stressed the importance of critical thinking and designing in the startups and how it helps a business man in operating business successfully.
Around 50 participants attended the event. The Program aimed to provide opportunities for students to enrich their skills for various innovations in entrepreneurship. The students participated very enthusiastically in this session with many questions which were all addressed by the resource person. The session was handled by Ms. Surabhi, Innovation Ambassador and Department Coordinator of IIC.
