Teacher’s Day is celebrated on 5th September every year on the occasion of the birth anniversary of India’s second President, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was one with the opinion that “Teachers should be the best minds in the country”. On every September 5, Teacher’s Day is celebrated all over India as an occasion to appreciate and acknowledge the efforts and hard work of the teachers in making enlightened and responsible individuals. Owing to this,the Department of Business Administration celebrated Teachers’ day on 6th September, 2020. The program commenced with a prayer song, followed by the welcome speech delivered by Nizareena Munas, Student of II BBA.  Nidina Soofi, student of II BBA then gave the audience a peek into the life of Dr Radhakrishnan through a speech.

The function was made colorful with various cultural programmes along with the students   expressing their gratitude towards their teachers. Students from pass out batches were also invited for the function and they cherished their memories of the days spent in the college and their experience with the teachers of BBA.

The teachers were also involved in sharing their teaching experiences. On behalf of the Department, Prof.Deepthi Serene Jose, HoD, appreciated the students for organizing Teachers Day Celebration. The Programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Shabnam, Students of II BBA. It was an indelible program for the Teachers and alumni of the Department to take part in such a glorious function, organized by the students.
