We all knew the importance of inculcating innovation and start up promoting activities in the campus as it is the main booster to mould the student community into strong and competent entrepreneurs for a better future. So here comes the relevance of implementing National Innovation and Startup Policy (NISP) 2019 in the college.

So in order to give more information about NISP 2019, ED Club in association with Institute’s Innovation Council has conducted an orientation session on “NATIONAL INNOVATION AND STARTUP POLICY” on 27.03.2021 from 7 pm to 8 pm. Dr. Jency Treesa, Assistant Professor of Commerce, St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam was the keynote speaker of the session.

In her session, she presented the National Innovation and Start up Policy 2019 in a simple way. She also interacted with the students to spread the awareness about the importance of starting their own startups during their academic period. Total of 100 students and faculty members were benefited by the programme.

The programme was coordinated by Dr.Leena Varghese, IQAC Coordinator and IIC Ambassador, and Ms. Ashina Z., Convener, IIC.
