On August 16, 2023, the Quiz Club of Al Ameen college in association with Department of English, organised a Freedom Day Quiz event in connection with the 77th Indian Independence Day. This event was held in the Seminar Hall from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. The aim of this event was to commemorate India’s Independence Day, promote awareness of its historical significance, and engage participants in a knowledge-based quiz competition.

Event Objectives:

The primary objectives of the Freedom Day Quiz event were as follows:

  • To celebrate the 77th Indian Independence Day.
  • To educate participants about the historical significance of Independence Day.
  • To provide an intellectually stimulating and enjoyable experience through a quiz.
  • To foster teamwork, camaraderie, and a sense of patriotism among participants

Outcomes:

The Freedom Day Quiz event was a resounding success, achieving its objectives. The winners of the competition:
