The women cell of al ameen college, Edathala organised a one hour session on BUSTING THE STRESS BOMB. The program was held on 14/06/2023 in the seminar hall at 11:00am. Students from departments like BA English, B A Economics,Bcom Tax, M.sc physics attended the session.The session was handled by a famous psychotherapist Mr Sreerag Kurupath. The program began with a silent prayer. Dr.Shaniba M H, HoD , Economics department delivered the welcome speech. The programme dealt in detail about how to overcome stress, anxiety,and fear. The resource person also talked about the value of time, importance of self love and the causes of overthinking etc. The interactive session allowed students an opportunity to discuss their personal issues related to stress.
The programme ended with a vote of thanks by Jasina of 2nd BA English
