The resource person of the seminar was Mrs Surabhi U S, a faculty member of our institutions whose expertise lies in this area. This seminar tried to impart a basic knowledge on angel investment a word we often use in start Up’s.

The seminar discussed about the types of angel investment and the risk associated with it. The efforts to mitigate the risk of taking business decisions and how the angel investors will kelp us to solve the problems we face etc. are all part of the seminar. In order to start a new start-up, venture we basically need funds, This initial thrust of funds can be undertaken only by an angel investor. For this they validate the BCM and take the crucial decision. Angel investors as all us are aware are individuals or organizations who invest and extend capital to initiate new   business ventures, along with strategical insights for start-up growth and expansion.

They expect a higher rate of return and are mentors who help to build the business. The seminar commenced with a welcome note by Ashina Z, IIC Convenor at 10.30 am and the vote of thanks was delivered by Remya B Nair Innovation Convenor of the College, And the seminar ended at 12 pm.
