The BBA Department organized a workshop titled “Creating Gender Inclusive Community” on the 6th of February, 2024. The workshop aimed to educate and sensitize students about the importance of gender inclusivity in both academic and professional settings.
The workshop was facilitated by Manju Malathy, an esteemed Assistant Professor in the BBA Department at Bharatha Matha College, Thrikkakara. With extensive experience in gender studies and community building, she brought valuable insights and expertise to the session.
The workshop commenced with an introduction to the concept of gender inclusivity. Manju Malathy explained the difference between gender equality and gender inclusivity, emphasizing the need to go beyond equality to create a truly inclusive environment.
