The seminar on “How to Plan for Start-Up and Legal Steps” was held on March 21, 2024, at the Seminar Hall of Al Ameen College. The event was organized by the Department of Commerce in collaboration with AIS space, aiming to educate and inspire students and aspiring entrepreneurs about the essential steps and legal considerations in starting a business. The resource person for the seminar was Mr. Midhun Mitwa, a renowned corporate trainer, motivational speaker, and soft skill trainer.
The seminar commenced with opening remarks from the organizing committee, highlighting the significance of entrepreneurship in today’s economy and the importance of proper planning and legal compliance for start-ups.
Mr. Midhun Mitwa, the resource person, delivered an engaging keynote address emphasizing the fundamental aspects of planning for a start-up. He stressed the importance of a comprehensive business plan, market research, identifying target customers, and creating a unique value proposition.
