The department of Additional Language was on Literary day Celebration on July 17th 2017. It was inaugurated by renowned Dalit writer AK Vasu .This was followed by the key note address by the chief guest A K Vasu. He delivered a valuable speech about Dalit writings in India. The prime motive in organizing this event was to create an understanding and awareness of the importance of reading .A literary quiz ”Literary Quest” was conducted in the afternoon session in which students from various departments actively participated .
