The IIC of Al Ameen College has arranged a talk on the topic “How to manage and run an Enterprise in a sustainable way” on 21^st October, 2022 at the college seminar hall. The resource person is Mr. Sudeep Sebastian, who is a personal trainer and branding expert.

According to him the growth of an enterprise can be attained sustainably by balancing both consumers and environment we have to do activities which should full fill the competency and requirements of both consumers and environment. He talked about branding and why it is crucial in a successful business. We have to build trust in the safety of Sustainable technology and boost credibility in products they have to first ascertain the needs of the consumers and how it should be sustained we have to do reserve in it in a weight and said a long term Holistic vision to attain sustainability in industry it is not so easy but we have to do hard work to ensure it which is which enhances the credibility of a products among corporate and consumers.

Total of 45 participants including 5 faculty members were benefitted by the session. The session was coordinated by Dr. Kala N. and Dr. Nisha Joseph.
