The IIC, IEDC, Department of Commerce and Economics conducted a Workshop on Entrepreneurship skill, attitude and behaviour development. The workshop  conducted on 25th February 2022 at seminar hall was commanded by Dr Jency Treesa,  Assistant Professor, St Teresa’s College, Ernakulam. The programme commenced at 10:00 am and was put to a conclusion at 12:30 noon.

The welcome speech was delivered by Prof. Nisha Joseph IEDC Co-ordinator. The resource person discussed about entrepreneurship, its definition, its features and related information. She explained the role of sustainable development in entrepreneurship and the importance of the reuse of materials in the present scenario, since the resources are scarce.

Two students from II BA Economics –  Ashiqa and Haseena shared their experience as entrepreneurs, as they are doing a cake shop successfully on their own. Their experience undoubtedly inspired each and everyone.

Later, she suggested some books such as The Success Principle by Jack Canfield, Atomic Habits by James Clear, Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy life by Francesc Miralles and Hector Garcia, and Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy.

The programme was concluded by Prof.Kala IIC President  by delivering the vote of thanks. A great response from the part of students was noted in the workshop and every student found it really useful for the future.
