Department of computer science in association with Institution Innovation Council, Al Ameen College and ZOOPLE technologies pvt Ltd Kakkanadu, Ernakulam conducted a workshop on Design thinking, Critical thinking and Innovation design on 1/02/2023. The programme started at 09.30 am at computer lab-I. The gathering was addressed by Prof. Remya B Nair.She talked about the importance of conducting a workshop on UI/UX design. The external expert for this workshop was Mr. Anand Narayanan, Senior UI/UX designer ZOOPLE technologies Pvt. Ltd. A total of 60 students attended the seminar.
There was an Introduction session to UI/UX (User Experience). A small exercise based on user experience was given to students to make them understand about its working which was followed by the discussion. During the workshop students were also encouraged to present their work professionally. This workshop helped students to learn about UX/UI Design and its after-effects which will gradually help them to meet market needs. The workshop was effective and helped the faculties as well as students alike. All students participated in this workshop as a part of their learning in the field of digital design. The workshop aimed to enrich their senses, sensibility, and intellect for growth in this area of design through software. The session was coordinated By Ms. Remya B Nair, Department IIC Coordinator.
