The Unity Game Development Workshop conducted on December 19 aimed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of game development using the Unity game engine. The primary objectives of the programme was to provide participants with an overview of the Unity game engine, its features, and capabilities.
The workshop provided participants hands-on experience by guiding them through the process of creating a simple game project. It provided an opportunity for participants to network with each other and the resource person, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Suhail K H delivered an in-depth introduction to Unity, covering its interface, workflow, and key components. Participants gained a solid understanding of Unity’s capabilities and how to navigate its interface efficiently. Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in practical exercises under the guidance of Suhail K H. They learned how to create and manipulate game objects, apply physics, and implement basic game mechanics using Unity’s scripting capabilities.
