The  women  Cell  of  Al-Ameen  College conducted  a  self  -defense  workshop on 29-08-2016  for  the  girls  of  the college. Mr.  Kishore Kumar  and Mr Taji  Joseph  the  trainers  of  JCI gave  insights  on  how  to defend  one’s  body  from unwanted  touch  or  nearness. The  trainers  opined  that  knowing  how  to  defend  oneself  doesn’t  merely protect  women  from  dangers  but  also  boosts  confidence  in them.
