B.Com Computer Application Department of Al Ameen College organised a one day workshop on ‘Crisis of moral values among youth’ on 7/1/2020 in the seminar hall. The sessions were handled by Mr Prince Varghese, motivational speaker. The meeting began with an inaugural address by HOD Dr Mary P U. Mr. PRINCE VARGHESE, Motivational speaker, Mind it mind solutions, Kottayam was the Resource Person of the Program.

The meeting was conducted in sessions. Practical classes and exercises were included in the workshop to make the students aware of their inner consciousness. Degradation of moral values among younger generation is a blazing issue now a days. In the past, moral values were prominent in most teenagers. Morality is about the appropriateness of goodness of what a person does, think or feel. Morality helps a person to move in the right direction, reduce social problems like unrest, crime, class conflict, isolation etc.  The speaker conveyed these concepts with proper exercises to the participants. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks proposed by K S Midlaj, Faculty member.
