IIC in Association with IEDC celebrated the national innovation day on October 19th 2022. It is celebrated to commemorate the birth anniversary of former President of India Bharat Ratna APJ Abdul Kalam. Our resource person of the day was Adv. Mohan raj TP faculty member, MES College Marampally.
He conducted a talk for the students of IIC and IEDC on the same day. Our education scenario is witnessing dynamic changes and being academically oriented we have to keep pace with these changes. We should introduce students to these and make them more responsive to the changing situation. The resource person spoke at length about the innovative initiative of students and its significance in this globally competent world. Competition has become the watch of this dynamic changing society and out of box thinking is essential to initiate creativity among students the members of our IIC are enthusiastic and they are now become more synonyms with the Global prospective in entrepreneurial and innovative culture. The resource person promoted them to think innovatively and to converted ideas into products shown the opportunities that has arisen in this competitive world. They were also given proper awareness on innovative start-ups and the challenges that we have to face in this initiatives as well as how to cope with this challenges. The talk itself is very is interesting and the students are given an opportunity to think creatively.
Total of 35 students and 5 faculty members have benefitted out of the session. The session was coordinated by Dr. Kala N, president IIC.
