The Department of  BCom Computer Application in collaboration with INVISOR    Pvt Ltd, organized an internship program aimed at providing students with a platform to ”earn while learn.” This initiative aimed to bridgethe gap between  theoretical knowledge and practical applications, empowering BCom students  with real-world experience in the business and financial sector.

Objectives of this programme are:

  1. Hands-on Learning: Offer students a practical exposure to the corporate world, enabling them to apply theoretical concepts in a real business
  2. Skill Enhancement: Enhance students’ analytical, problem-solving and communication skills through interactive learning experiences during the internship.
  3. Financial Literacy: Improve students’  understanding of financial practices, accounting principles, and economic trends prevalent in the industry.

Outcome

The internship program delivered on   its objectives, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the financial sector’s  functioning. Students actively engaged with professionals and gained insights into various financial operations. The practical exposure helped them develop critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills, which  are invaluable for a successful career in the finance domain.
