On August 15th, 2023the Innovation and Incubation Cell (IIC) of AL Ameen College, in collaboration with the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Unit, organized a grand celebration to mark the occasion of India’s Independence Day. The event was themed “Aazadi Ka Amritkal,” focusing on celebrating the spirit of freedom and promoting innovation among the youth. The event aimed to commemorate the significance of India’s independence, inspire patriotism, and encourage students to actively contribute to the nation’s progress through innovation, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility. The event commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by our Principal Dr Cini Kurian, accompanied by the singing of the national anthem by all attendees, creating a sense of unity and pride. The NCC unit of the college conducted a spectacular parade, symbolizing discipline, dedication, and patriotism. They were given awards for gallantry. The collaboration between the IIC and the NCC unit was instrumental in creating a diverse and impactful event. While the IIC focused on promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, the NCC unit added a strong patriotic flavor to the celebration through its parade and activities.
