The PG Department of Computer Science conducted a bug-fixing competition as part of the department activity programme on September 7, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. in the Aided computer lab. The programme aimed to rectify errors and bugs in a C programme code provided by the organizing committee, with the objective of promoting the programming skills of the students. Students with logical and coding skills from various departments participated in the event. Dr. Jyothy Joseph, Head of the Department, welcomed all the participants to the competition, which was coordinated by Abinsha Meeran, the Department Coordinator. Second-year students from the P.G. Computer Science programme volunteered the program.
Mr Rashid N. M. and Mr Shadil M. Rasheed, both B.Sc. Physics students, secured the first and second prizes, respectively. Ms Diya Fathima and Ms Rubeena M. R. from B.C.A Department shared the third prize in the competition. Principal Dr. Cini Kurian presented the prizes to the winners.
