The session looked at legal, literary, and reasonable man/woman definitions of harassment. It discussed sexual harassment in a lecture and small group work. They gave a brief idea on the definition of sexual harassment, the components of harassment. They stressed on the things that can be done to minimize your risk of being harassed or being perceived as a harasser. They winded up with what kind of harassment training can benefit an organization. This session made the organizers think about the circumstance for harassment occurring.
