We all are aware that yoga helps us to stay healthy. This assumed significance particularly after the Covid -19 Pandemic that hit humanity globally. As part of our tradition, we are accustomed to yoga practices which rejuvenate the body and mind of us. In our college in association with NCC, IIC we have a mentor for Yoga Miss Nimmy M Menon. As a part of this year’s theme “Yoga for Humanity”, under her guidance, practices sessions are coordinated regularly for batches of students.
This was demonstrated by our students at our college on June 21 as a part of the YOGA Day celebrations. This spread the need of YOGA among the students and Faculty and encouraged many to be part of the regular YOGA practices at our college. Yoga highlighted the importance of maintaining mental and physical fitness of each and every one of the populations.
