The Department of Tourism Studies of Al Ameen College, Edathala, marked Tourism Week with variety of programs in connection with World Tourism Day Celebration  from 25-09-23 to29-09- 2023. On 25-09-23 the department organised “A Familiarization Session on Aviation Career” by GMR Aero Academy. Shri. Mohamed Ashraf (Head Operations& admin Kerala, GMR Aero Academy Kochi) was the resource person. The program started at 10.30 am with a prayer  followed by welcome address by Ms. Jiss Theres (HOD) Tourism. The resource person explained on the importance of Aviation, a dream industry. He is an experienced hand in the industry serving for  more than 25 years.

The program concluded at 12.30 pm with a vote of thanks by Ms. Sruthy, 2^nd BTTM. At 12.30 there was a flash mob by BTTM students, in order to welcome Tourism Day followed by a fruitful  interaction session with Mr.Sree Kuttan (Solo Sanchari- India, Bhutan & Nepal) alumni of Physics Department. Dr.Cini Kurian,Principal handed over the memento to Sree Kuttan. Overall, the first day’s events were a great success.
