Professionalism and work culture, two very important aspects for everyone working in an organization. The career track of an employee always depends on his attitude towards his work and company. Department of Business Administration has organized a session for the BBA students, future managers on 21-02-2022 at the college seminar hall on the topic “Professionalism and Work Culture”.

The resource person for the day was Ms. Roshna Saffar who works as a Business Development Manager at Thought Box Online Services. She has secured remarkable achievements for her exemplary performance in the field of Marketing and Sales. She pursued her Graduation from MG University and MBA from Cochin university of Science and Technology and she is having more than 11 years of experience in the corporate world.

In the session, Ms. Roshna gave a better understanding on  how you can be more professional at work to reach your career goals and the importance of professionalism at work culture in their careers as management aspirants. The resource person made sure the active participation of students throughout the session. She explained about the work culture and professionalism from her own experience in the industry. She told the students how to become a good professional and how to improve your personality to have a great professional life. She also explained about impact of professionalism in our personal life.

The seminar earned a huge positive response. The session was an interactive one as she talked and discussed with the students regarding the topic followed by a question answer session where students got an opportunity for raising questions and clearing their doubts on the same.
