Department of English, Al-Ameen College Edathala conducted an online orientation programme on 10th November, 2020 with an eye to enhance the journalistic aptitude of the students of the Department. Dr. Lijimol P. Jacob, Principal and Director, Institute of Communication and Journalism, MG University delivered the speech on “familiarizing the key concepts in Journalism”.

The programme helped students to develop a serious outlook on journalism and inspired them to search further into the various areas of the discipline. Dr P. J. Sajin, Head of the Department felicitated the gathering. Ajeena and Afiya Anwar of I BA English delivered the welcome speech and vote of thanks respectively.
