The Department of English & The Drama and Film club, organized Al Ameen International Film festival on 19th and 20th February 2018. The festival was inaugurated by well known Film director and critic K.B.Venu. The festival showed documentary and short fiction films, which talk about the most basic socio-political issues. The films that were screened include; Fandry , Newton,Ozhivuduvasathe Kali,18 feet etc. The festival was conducted in association with Janachitra Film Society , Aluva .
