The department of English Al-Ameen College, Edathala has conducted the inauguration of Department Association from 10.30 am at Seminar hall. The inaugural gathering was auspiciously inaugurated by the famous poet Sobin Mazhaveedu, who received Kumaranasan Kavyapuraskaram 2014. Our principal Prof Abdul Kareem has rendered his valuable words to enrich the programme. Then our chief guest inaugurated the function by lighting the lamb.
He has delivered an inspirational speech that throws light to the ordinary life. Mr. Albin Antony was also there to felicitate the stage. The session was concluded with the vote of thanks. Various cultural programmes were carried out in the afternoon session.
