The Department of Computer Science has organized an orientation for freshers on 30-10 2020 at 9:00 AM through Google Meet. The speaker for the occasion was Ass. Prof. Soorya M U of the Department of Computer Science.  The meeting was started with an introductory speech by the Head of the Department, Prof. Beenatries N Joy and Prof. Vijaya Gopinath M. All the first year students and their parents participated in the programme and interacted with the teachers.

Prof. Soorya explained the details of the BCA and B.Sc Computer Science courses, the attendance system, rules and regulations of the college, internal exam details and internal mark system as well about the various clubs and cells of the college to the students and parents. The queries of the parents were also answered. The session was fruitful as the parents along with the students were able to understand the grading and attendance system of the college and the university.
