Samakalikam, the cultural forum of NSS Unit of Al-Ameenthat discusses contemporary issues under the Pezhu Tree on the campus on 02.08.2018, chose to talk about the controversial novel Meesha by S. Hareesh and DeepaVinod, researcher, Maharaja’s College led the discussion. The forum meets at least once every month with an aim to create awareness among the students about the contemporary issues that matter. Prof. Shahanoor Beegum, NSS Programme Officer and NSS volunteer secretaries Anaswara and Rauf spoke on the occasion.
