As a part of ensuring a green and clean Shivarathri festival, the Al-Ameen College NSS unit took part in the  campaign, in association with Aluva municipality, district administration and Suchitwa mission on 21/02/2020 and 22/02/2020. Around 25 NSS volunteers cooperated with this programme. They gave awareness classes to nearby shopkeepers about the need of restriction for single use plastic.
