The Anti-Drug Cell of Al-Ameen College in collaboration with Kerala Police Department and NSS unit organized an anti-drug campaign on 5/09/2014. The venue was college Seminar Hall. The session was inaugurated by MLA, Sri. Anwar Sadath and the keynote address was delivered by Sri. Satheesh Bino IPS(SP, Ernakulam Rural). The resource person for the programme was Adv. A. K Sreekanth, Secretary,Human Rights Protection Mission. The theme of the campaign was ‘Clean Campus, Life Campus’. The resource person spoke at length about the misuse of drugs and gave instructions on ways to minimize the risks associated with its abuse. He also shared tips on ridding the college off drugs and thus develop a campus free of drugs. The programme was interesting and beneficial for the students.
